To mark their milestone 60th year as one of Australia's star fashion retailers, Sportsgirl have embarked on a funky Kombi Van tour which will feature re-issued Sportsgirl favourites from the 70's, 80's and 90's, aptly named "Rewind To Go".
The colourful Sportsgirl Kombi fleet launched the tour on Saturday November 24th at Bondi Beach. It was the perfect backdrop as the brand always reflects upon Australia's beach culture and translates it beautifully through it's fun, functional and forward fashion designs.
The Sportsgirl Kombi vans have now taken to the roads with the next stop at Bryon Bay on Friday 30th November, then onto Queensland and Victoria. Spunky Sportsgirl 'Sportsboy' models are going to be on hand at each destination to help those who wish to purchase the vintage favourites, like classic rainbow print beach towels and canvas duffle bags. The 'Rewind Collection' will also be available through Sportsgirl stores this month.

Famed for their wit, cheek and ability to magically transform women of all shapes and sizes, celebrity stylists Trinny & Susannah have announced their plans for a week long tour of Australia, where they will visit key Westfield Centres to host live styling sessions.
Trinny & Susannah first teamed up in 1994 to write 'Ready to Wear', a weekly style guide for the Daily Telegraph in the UK, which was a huge hit thanks to their down-to-earth attitude and entertaining presentation, and subsequently ran for seven years. They've since created two highly successful television makeover shows, firstly the universally acclaimed 'What Not To Wear' for the BBC and more recently 'Trinny and Susannah Undress the Nation'.
In addition the duo have written five internationally bestselling style guide books including 'Trinny & Susannah - The Body Shape Bible' which was released earlier this year.
Exclusive to Westfield, the Australian tour will start in Sydney on March 3rd 2008, travelling also to Adelaide, Brisbane, Newcastle and Melbourne, with Trinny and Susannah being made available at each location to Westfield customers to help teach them how to dress with complete confidence for their individual body type.

If you are looking for some additional inspiration as to what to be dressing in for the 2007 party season (which unbelievably has already arrived) then you want to be sure to book in for one of the Party Season Dressing Style Sessions held in selected Westfield Centres this November.
These style sessions are hosted by professional fashion stylists who have built their career around knowing what will make you star of the show (or simply the best dressed in the room) and where to find the essentials items to do this.
What should you expect at a style session? Consider it like a small hosted fashion party. You’ll be greeted on arrival with drinks and canapés, then settle in to be taken through some of the highlights of the current season and how to make them work for you according to your personal needs, figure type and budget. Additionally you will be treated with a goodie bag full of treats and discount cards from retailers within the centre.
Come by yourself or book in with friends - you’ll spend the Style Session as a fashion VIP and leave with extra confidence in your dressing style ongoing.

In September What's What teamed with Nader Jewellers to run a very exciting, not to mention popular, competition with the prize of a dazzling diamond ring valued at $4500. Winner, Caitlin Johnson, was recently presented with her ring at Westfield Southland.
Caitlin Johnson has been a member of What’s What since it’s launch and read about the Nader Jeweller diamond ring competition in a newsletter that was sent out advising that the closing date was fast approaching “I thought to myself ‘somebody has to win’, though I didn’t really think I would, so I nearly died when I got the e-mail from the What’s What team – I had to find someone else from the office to read it as I didn’t believe it. It’s such a beautiful ring, quite mesmerising, so much so that I’m not quite sure what to do with my hands when I put it on.”
The romantic twist to this tale? The ring is to become Caitlin’s engagement ring, with boyfriend Shane presently holding on to it until the right moment to propose to her formally arises. Caitlin was extremely sweet when accepting the ring from stating that “I wouldn’t normally spend that amount on myself, so it’s extra special that we are able to have a ring this precious to signify our engagement, which obviously means so much to both of us.”
