THE MORNING SHOW: STYLIST FIFI'S TOP TEN TIPS TO LOOKING FABULOUS
What's What model Louise trying on Fifi's sleek and chic outfit

What's What celebrity stylist Fifi Milne appeared on Channel Seven's The Morning Show today to take viewers through her top ten tips to easily make your look as fabulous as possible.

Tip 1: Keep your silhouette balanced. This means if you have a full skirt wear a top that is fitted and similarly if wearing a baggy tops you need to pair with narrow pencil skirts or slimline pants.

Tip 2:  Keep to three colours on the body. Wearing more than three colours at once is too tricky to pull off.

Tip 3: Table top dressing is wise - this means you keep the focus on the upper half of your body (from the table top up).  Don't wear bright floral trousers or anything that focuses on your legs, instead select basic black pants and skirts then add interest with colourful and printed tops and jackets.

Tip 4: High waisted skirts and pants are flattering.  They tuck the tummy in and give the illusion of long legs (yes please!) Hipsters give most of us short legs and long bodies which is probably not the ratio you are looking for.

Tip 5: A waist cinching belt will give you shape and the illusion you are curvy

Tip 6: Stick to knee length skirts. This is the most flattering length as it is where the leg is at it's slimmest point.

Tip 7: Forget the rules of colour. Navy and black teamed together is chic!

Tip 8: Use bags and shoes to add colour. And don't worry about matching your shoe and bags together colourwise, this is no longer necessary. Plus if you do opt for a black shoe, look for texture to up the interest (e.g. shine or suede)

Tip 9: Keep the focus on one piece of jewellery. You don't want your pieces fighting for attention: so just one necklace or statement earrings or lots of bangles, but not all...the eye gets confused and you'll look over done!

Tip 10: White next to the face takes 10 years off! Wear a white Tee or a white shirt to look younger.
