As much as any girl loves a pair of bum-lifting, leg-lengthening, sky-high heels, there comes a point when she just needs to kick off her stilettos and slip into a comfy, foot-friendly pair of sandals. Ahhhh the sweet relief! Considering most women spend the entire work week cramming their toes into corporate pumps and then strappy, dance-floor worthy heels, it’s no wonder why Andrea & Joen named their super sandal label, Sunday: the one day of the week when we women can give our footsies a rest!

Following the success of their main line, the sophisticated yet relaxed Sunday Andrea & Joen was launched in 2006 and reflects the easy-going, laid- back Aussie lifestyle. Perfect for tracing the footpath by the beach or hanging out with friends on long summer days and balmy evenings.

I love the eye-catching materials the girls use, such as hand braided weaves and metallic textures, plus the poppy prints and wearable designs. Don’t try and convince yourself that you already have enough shoes because living down under means you can never have too many pairs of sandals. In fact, I’m sure one look at Andrea’s and Joen’s own wardrobes would prove my point!

Working as a Stylist and Fashion Director for over 8 years, Sophie Hart is constantly immersed in the latest Australian and international trends and has a knack for finding - and flaunting - the best buys in fashion and beauty.

Sophie has worked as a stylist with some of Australia's most glamorous celebrities, including Jennifer Hawkins, Rose Byrne and Erika Heynatz, plus has recently appeared on the hit TV series, Australia's Next Top Model and The Biggest Loser. She has also worked as the resident Stylist for The Sun Herald's 'S' Magazine for the past 5 years, styling and writing their SHOP column which high lights fashion and beauty stories, and has now joined the Westfield fashion editorial team to bring you the latest up-to-the-second news and inspirational trends.
